Role purpose To provide real‑time visibility of systems, identify anomalies quickly, and escalate issues using agreed processes. Key responsibilities
• Monitor infrastructure, applications, and services using approved tools
• Spot unusual patterns, alerts, or service disruptions
• Validate alerts before escalation
• Escalate in line with the documented workflow
• Keep monitoring logs complete and accurate
Your qualifications
• Share daily summaries of repeated issues or risks SMART expectations
• Respond to alerts in line with contractual SLAs and KPIs
• Follow escalation steps with zero deviation
• Maintain logs suitable for SLA reporting
• Highlight recurring issues to help avoid SLA breaches Expected qualifications
• Up to 2 Years of prior experience would be of benefit
• Ability to use monitoring tools (dashboards, alerting systems) • Strong attention to detail
• Clear written communication for logs and handovers
• Understanding of ITIL concepts
• Ability to work in a structured environment
